• Usage & Safety Data: Ratings, reviews, SOS alerts, and ride history.
• Technical Data: Device info, IP address, and cookies for app functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

To match drivers and riders, enable real-time tracking during rides, provide safety features (SOS, QR verification), improve the service, and respond to reports or emergencies.

3. Data Sharing

We never sell your personal data. We share only:

• With the other party in an accepted ride (name, photo, route, and contact info for coordination).
• With emergency contacts you designate when you trigger SOS.
• When required by law or to protect safety.

4. Your Safety & Consent

You control what you share. Location data is shared only with your matched ride partner and only while the ride is active. You can revoke consent anytime by ending the ride or deleting your account.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption, secure servers, and regular audits. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

6. Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the service or as required by law. Ride history is kept for 2 years for safety and dispute resolution.
